Welcome to 360vt.pl. My name is Michał and I have been working in IT for 23 years — from administration and infrastructure maintenance to designing, deploying and securing server environments.
My experience
- Administration of Linux (Debian, Ubuntu, RHEL, Rocky, AlmaLinux) and Windows Server environments
- Background in the ERP industry (currently Forterro) — working with ERP-class systems and keeping application infrastructure performant
- Virtualization: VMware vSphere, Harvester, Proxmox VE — deployments, migrations and maintenance
- Kubernetes and automation (n8n, Ansible, GitOps/ArgoCD)
- Backup and Disaster Recovery: Veeam, Velero, 3-2-1 policies and restore tests
- Monitoring (Zabbix, Prometheus/Grafana), security and change documentation
Outside work
Outside working hours I support social projects — including as IT administrator for the Okienko życia foundation (okienkozycia.pl) and in volunteering related to animal care (OTOZ Animals). That is where I learned that IT infrastructure must really help people — and that principle also carries over into working with businesses.
